strong peint odor. they came tu put ozone to absorb it but the day after the odor was back. had to leave door open. as i saw, they cover thing with white paint in the washroom. mold ? rust ? something else ? even the bath was paint peeling

Logement du studio pas conforme à l’annonce, sale, aucun accessoire de ménage (balais), baignoire bouchée à chaque douche, accessoires dans la salle de bain un déboucheur, porte salle de bain peinture cloqué. Cuisine le micro-ondes est salle, ouverture micro-ondes rouillé et intérieur brûlé.

Localisation sur plage de Miami Beach, piscine clôturée, dépanneurs sur place, frigo dans la chambre!

They need to clean rooms more. Shower works barely. Employees were good and friendly, escpecially the guy that work as a receptionist at night, he is part of some security.

Awful place! Beds aren’t good, no one that we can communicate, had to email people to get the room clean, because they said the cleaning wasn’t included

Wonderful location and good valet parking but on site it says to go to front for towels n sheets or anything that is not case was there for 5 days given no clean sheets or towels was told there is a washing machine that i had to load money on a card to wash my own n the fact that someone was drilling thru concrete right beside our room for 3 days

The most bad experience that I have buying a hotel through Expedia is this place with the GIRASOLE department and the company Miami boutique it’s the most inhumane place with inhumane people that I rented on my life this people are scams this people don’t exist don’t answer , rent the 10005 department with no air conditioning and the company know that and insects have , this people never change sheet and towels because this company are scams don’t have housekeeping in the building and its insane I rented with two kids and one baby of 8 months and my baby can’t sleep with no air conditioning an need open doors for sleep and use same towels for 4 days . This place it’s disgusting and not safe for rent so … Expedia ask for pictures of the place before you sale it’s insane god
