I did a late check in and there was no problem, the person at the counter was extremely nice!

Great rooms and staff. This hotel was close to the airport, miami beach and the cruise ship port. This was perfect for our needs. Would definitely stay here again.

We arrived on Saturday, no body cam to clean the room. We used the same towels for three days, never drying ,small towels. I been traveling domestic and international for long time, never happened the towels. Breakfast not that good.
