This hotel is gorgeous. I was here in 2023 during their construction and wanted to see what it looked like after completion. The lobby is gorgeous once you take the elevator up. The new restaurant is amazing, breakfast was great. The only lackluster aspect was the free room upgrade wasn’t readily offered and was a regular room. Previously I had an ocean view. But honestly it was a minor inconvenience. The staff were wonderful upon check in and check out. I have stayed at other AKA hotels and will be returning here.

Misleading advertising
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOn the Hotels.com website where I purchased the stay, it says that cash is accepted, and then at the property they do not accept it, violating the payment policy that they have accepted and advertised. The procedure they offer to customers is a scam.

The elevator access to the rooms is a bit interesting, but overall, it's a great hotel. Pool is great and it's pretty big. The breakfast and the view in the Mare hotel is lovely.

The property itself--rooms, restaurant--was lovely: clean, in great condition, thoughtfully designed, etc.
Every single staff member was exceptional. They went over and above to be helpful. The people made me feel welcome with their warmth and happy dispositions :)
