Often lift/elevator failures happened during our 3 night stay. Daily clean up requests not honored. Breakfast area gets crowded in the morning with limited seating and breakfast area in infront of front desk area which makes even crowded in the mornings. The location is safe and typical off airport hotel without onsite hotel
