If you are trying to avoid noise, this is not the place, but they do offer white noise machines in the rooms which is great. Concierge was amazing and super helpful, all staff very friendly.

Our last night of 2024 at Hyatt Miami
We stayed the last night of 2024 with a City and river view balcony but door was a fixed glass and cannot be open. The opening and closing of the bridge beep was too much to hear for that evening,..we took time to get to sleep due to the constant beep sound.

Ideally located in Downtown Miami accessible to the Brickel Centre with shops and restaurants, Downtown and the Bayside area. The room was a good size, the corridors are relatively wide and airy and the staff professional. The furniture in the room is a little dated and in need of refurbishment. The breakfasts had a good choice, and were well cooked but a little pricey. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

One of the worst Hyatt experience
We stayed there for a night and booked a King Suite room. One of the worst stay at Hyatt. Very dated. Room was spacious….that’s it. The bed was place next to two walls closest to the main roads where there where enough room to place the bed on the opposite wall which was away from road and would have given good sleep. Bathroom is the tiniest I have seen , no exhaust in the bathroom which was suffocating after 2 mins of warm shower. Except for the location nothing nice about this Hyatt.
