The The check out they added like $2000 of extra charges a bunch of fees for towels and robes that I put in to wash it was so disappointing I would never go back otherwise location is great

Dear Violeta,Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear you appreciated our location, but we sincerely apologize that other areas fell below your expectations. The hotel tried to salvage as many of the damaged items as possible. However, the hotel was forced to throw away many of the case goods inside the guest rooms and new items requested. In addition, a piece of furniture was damaged. Your feedback is vital, and we hope you reach out to us at the hotel to discuss the matter further.

The Hyde Suites is a prime stay in the middle of Midtown to go shopping and eating. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I’ll go back there for my next wedding anniversary!
