This place is extremely run down and showing its age. We didnt feel comfortable using the shower in our room. The location is a bit hard to get in and out of as most entrances around the property have been closed off forcing all traffic to one spot. The door on our room didnt close properly and only 1 electrical outlet would keep our charger plugged in. Not likely to stay here in the future based on conditions and pricing.

It’s like they pay the front desk to be rude to you. The AC was not working on my room when I got there the first day and they send someone to send it as I am getting out of the shower and getting dressed. Their guest laundry room always out of order stealing money from me my whole stay. The cleaning staff did such a pathetic job as well. One time there was a big ole stain on one of the “clean” blankets of the bed. I know this is a cheap hotel but lord, this was a bad stay for me. I’ve been at other Quinta inns and they’re not all as horrible as this one.

The door was difficult to open and close, the room was not equipped with amenities, and when asked about the possibility of a room change or an amenity being brought in the majority of guest service staff were overly aggressive and disingenuous in their response. Checked out the next day due to this.

I used online check-in and had my ID and card on file. Was assured this would save me time and all I would have to do is pick up a key. When we got to the hotel after 3pm was told there were no rooms available. After they found our room had to show them my ID and card to put on file. Shower had hair from previous guest.

Noise from the street was quite bothersome. The AC fan rattled all night, every time the AC turned on. The room lacked a refrig and microwave, which is std in hotel rooms in this price range. I had a 5-night stay booked, but cancelled it because they said they could not get a refrig for the room

The Inn is located in very nice area, walking distance to food court and shopping… Great breakfast options… Very friendly and courteous staff. I would recommend and will most definitely stay again..

Excellent location , for the price of the hotel u absolutely cannot go wrong . There needs to be a safe added to the rooms to put passports ect . Would recommend to anyone who traveling on a budget
