When I booked it stated they supplied transportation from the airport. When I called for a ride they stated it was not available. I had to use a cab, an additional $40. If this information was available I would had booked a different hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was quiet for being so close to the airport. The reason for the 4 star overall review is their breakfast was not great. We would probably not stay here again for the main reason of breakfast. All carbs and no protein. It was also hard to take all your luggage across a parking lot and not sidewalks. Cars blocked the way and you had to carry heavy luggage around them.

Property was a good economical choice with reasonable distance from Miami airport and cruise port. It was disappointing that the "free" airport shuttle had a flat tire which forced us to pay $35 for an Uber ride, and no other concession or allowance was offered.

Breakfast was a joke... toast bagels or a muffin. One toaster for bread and one hit bagels.... lines are ridiculous. No milk no cereal and coffee machine was way back in the corner! Thank goodness McDonald's was right next door

The rooms were very out dated and the staff at the front desk was not very welcoming. Not with the price of the hotel. There was no safe. No fridge. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was disconnected we had body wash to use as hand soap. The pillows were throw pillows. The bed was terrible the bathroom was from the 90s. Lots of other issues too much to mention. Total waste of money
