Publié le 2 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwaya nice home, well appointed, in a nice neighborhood. LOVED that the neighborhood has three or four local policemen who reside in the community and they park their police cars at their homes when off duty - makes one feel VERY secure.

Great Spot

Convenient location
Publié le 3 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe location is very convenient for upper keys, everglades and south Miami. Neighborhood is very quiet and great for nice walks. House was clean and I would stay there again.

Great place to stay in Homestead
Publié le 31 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had an amazing time at Abey's property. The neighborhood is peaceful and close to various places to eat and/or shop. I definitely would recommend. There is no hot tub though.

Sping in Miami

Excellent corporate stay

The owner was easy to communicate with and always responsibe.
We would go back and recommended.

short get away
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had planned on 4 adults staying and two of the adults had plane cancelations that left them unable to attend. I understand the limits of a full refund and last minute but a token discount would have been a win-win deal. We got no discount. The most disappointing part of the house was the back-yard/patio area. It was not as the pictures showed at all and frankly, it was unusable. The carpet protector runners on the stairs were very ugly, obviously poorly installed and frankly a trip hazard. I would have rather seen some wear on the light colored carpet than nearly trip and fall or step on staples every time I went up/down the stairs. Not a good solution for that area.

Thanks Todney for the observation about the carpet on the stairs it was requested by guests like you. On the cancellation sorry it’s out of our hands and upon observation by the cleaning crew all the rooms were used. Nonetheless you are welcome back to stay at a discounted rate just let me know when and thanks for staying.

Wonderful Stay
