L’hotel est beau sur les photos mais tres tres vieillissant !! Hôtel des années 90 !
Moquette dégoûtante ! Lumière qui ne marche pas dans la salle de bain. Poire de douche avec quelques filets d’eau.
La piscine petite et super dégoûtante !
La salle de sport horrible : machines des années 90 !!! Pas d’eau car le distributeur ne marche pas bref hôtel magnifique juste pour la vue, la terrasse, la plage et les employés dont super accueillants ! Au check out impossible de faire un late check out car il fallait appeler en premier !!

Publié le 21 nov. 2020 sur HotelsPersonnel au lobby pas très agréable. Problème dans notre chambre resolu après que nous nous situons déplace à plusieurs reprises.
J ai du annuler un rdv d affaire important à cause de cela.
Sinon chambre propre.

Marena’s Beach Resort has become our go-to when visiting the Miami area. This is our 2nd stay and we don’t see ourselves going anywhere else. The staff is always showing effort in their work. The housekeepers make it truly feel like home. The amenities offered in the rooms are great. The only thing I would call out is the front desk staff seemed distracted this time around. Previously, the front desk would always say “good morning” or at least hello. This made us feel more welcomed. This time around, we’d walk past without anyone looking up.
The valet workers, housekeepers and the workers on the beach/pool area made it very memorable. We loved how welcomed we felt. I would say that my call out is very minor. Maybe we have higher expectations because of our first experience. Regardless of this, we will still strongly consider staying here again.
