Proche du stratégique boulevard Biscayne , la circulation et l'orientation se fait facilement . Avec un emplacement pour la voiture, cela ne gâche rien !! Surtout vu les prix à Miami, je recommande...

nice stay at a good location
Publié le 19 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt was great for us - a family of five. everything you need is close by and the airport is just 20 minutes drive. It is a cosy little house in a quite neighbourhood. Two bed rooms - One with a queen and one with a queen+ bank bed. Beds were very comfortable. I also liked the shower which unlike most American showers - had a Handheld Shower Head.
Only two things which I wish were better - 1. the AC is a window AC which makes a lot of noise and actually we turned it off. 2. I wish there was a bbq outside - something which is almost a standart in these kind of homes.
Other than that - it's a good option if you want a place nearby downtown and the airport.

Thanks for the great review and so sorry about the grill & a/c! There is and has always been a BBQ grill at the house but it had broken right before your stay. We were shopping for a new one but would’ve brought you one of our own on the same day had there been any communication that you were looking for it. There is a brand new grill there at the house now. Also, the a/c’s do have a silent mode. We bought them for that reason. We are ready & willing at anytime to help people figure out how to adjust the a/c’s. So sorry again that your stay wasn’t completely optimal but we’re very happy you enjoyed nonetheless!

Host had clear instructions and we didn't seem to have any issues. The host lets you enjoy your stay in peace as well. So for those who like to be left alone. This is a good pick.

Amazing Experience
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySo I wanted to celebrate my 21st and was very upfront and honest the owners were open and very generous. The backyard is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool a lot. The home is very welcoming and owners are very attentive to responding back to messages. Needless to say if I want another long weekend mini vacation I will definitely be booking with them again :)

Perfect location
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayYou are no more than 30 minutes from great amenities. Neighborhood was quiet, felt very safe. The cottage is so welcoming, feels like home away from home. My 16 year old granddaughter loved the pool experiance and I loved being able to relax in the back yard with her searching on my computer or listening to audible books. We enjoyed this vacation so much. You don't have to remember anything, they have everything noted for you, internet password, things to be mindful of, near by fast food menus, etc. Wonderful experiance!!!!
