Le réfrigérateur était en manque de puissance nous avons dû appeller
Malheureusement ils y avaient des travaux juste à côté beaucoup de bruit
Beaucoup espace de rangement

C est un peu trop loin pour les bons restos faut prendre autobus un peu trop long la marche

We walked to the Publix which was right down the street. The resort staff was so professional and helpful! We got back early in the morning and the valet staff was there to greet us and ask how the concert had been! IF we ever come to the Miami area again, we will definitely stay in this condo again! Thank You!

We rented a car for this stay only because we wanted to make 2 trips and figured the Uber/Lyft charges would be about the same cost and the rental gave us the freedom to do a bit more sight seeing too.

Publié le 26 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe view from the balcony is stunning. You cannot get a better view of the ocean in Miami. Yes, there is construction going on next door, but the doors block out 95% of the sound and it doesn’t take away from your stay. Liliyana was very quick to respond to every message (within the hour.) The property was clean, and the beach access here was fantastic. You can also rent towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. There is both a sauna and fitness center here as well. The VRBO is in a great location for walking to several restaurants, and there’s also a Publix grocery store nearby. I will say to make sure you thoroughly read the description. It is $30 a night to park your car because valet is the only option, and an additional $35 a night for resort/administration fees. This took us by surprise.

We knew this hotel. The services are very good.
However, they need to improve the cleaning of the bathtub.

Spring break 2024
Publié le 8 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpring break vacation with my husband. Wonderful beach and view from this one bedroom condominium. We did not even need a car. Lots of restaurant options within walking distance. A Publix right across the street!
