Exceptional in Every Way
Publié le 12 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhere to begin! John and his property manager Yudel went above and beyond to make our stay incredible!!! Not only delivered on what was advertised, way way way exceeded it. First of all the house is safe and secure - with a private coded automatic gate. Huge wow factor the minute you pull up. The house and grounds are stunning and impeccable. We were there to celebrate a bachelorette and the weather was chilly so John had already cranked up the pool temp so that we were comfortable - didn’t even have to ask. We ordered supplies etc that arrived before our stay and John and Yudel coordinated, signed for the delivery and put everything away so that by the time we got there and checked in everything was in place and the alcohol was chilled. John provided us not only with the contact info of Yudel the amazing property manager but his own information as well - both were reachable at all times. He also came by after we checked in to show us around the home and introduce himself which we really appreciated. The house is stocked with everything you would need to host a beautiful weekend getaway - glasses, plates, cutlery, clean towels, etc etc etc - wven a balloon inflater! I’m new to vrbo - this was my first time booking but it was so perfect and seamless it will not be my last. Highly recommend this home for anyone considering a bachelorette. There were 6 of us but there was plenty of room for more. Just a perfect stay! Thank you John and Yudel!
