Adventure awaits at this beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bath home. Complete home privacy with fenced perimeter, gated back yard, and window blinds.

New pool heater recently added, daily pool heat charge of $40/ day will be assessed for those who would like to use the heater.
Please let us know a day in advance if you would like to use the heater.

Fully equipped for groups or families, the home offers luxury beds and linens, flatscreen smart tvs, game table, and sparkling swimming pool with large patio area and covered eating space. Master bedroom has private bath. Bedroom 2 includes two sets of bunk beds, and bedrooms 1 and 4 offer queen beds with super-comfy mattresses. Additional amenities include bedside reading lights, luggage racks, and baby items such as high chair, pack-and-play and also a baby gate for the pool perimeter upon request. Soothing coastal color themes throughout, and wonderful tropical plants in the yard! Driveway offers parking for up to 2 large vehicles.

Un service à la clientèle qui compense les inconvénients
Nous étions un groupe intergénérationnel: 2 grands-parents, 2 parents et 2 jeunes enfants à la recherche d’un environnement calme et sécuritaire pour passer du bon temps en famille. Le premier soir fut un cauchemar pour tous en raison d’un party très bruyant chez des voisins. La gestionnaire a dû appeler la police à 2 reprises et notre nuit et celle des enfants fut très courte. Heureusement, le reste de la semaine fut très calme. Nous avons apprécié la piscine clôturée. La gestionnaire a été très à l’éco de nos besoins. Malheureusement la dernière nuit s’est aussi mal déroulée: nous avons eu une fuite d’eau importante dans l’une des chambres suite à d’importants orages.

House was as listed with accute pictures. All extras were set up as arranged with the host with good communication. Pool was heated and clean. House was perfect and fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again.

Let me say this the house is in a bad area my hot tub was half clean still had dirt at the bottom hair was in the 2nd shower Katie is a hard person to get in touch with I called her to tell her how the tub was not clean hair was in the shower pool not clean out etc.. no call back I'm looking at talking to a lawyer at this point bad bad area first 48 bad .........don't stay at this house

We had a wonderful stay. Katie was a great host and very accommodating. Just one thing, there was no propane in BBQ grill, so we couldn’t use it even though we had be ready for BBQ. Based on this property, it’s not host responsibility, everyone should keep the property rules.

comfortable and good location needs exceeded
first of all, let me just preface this review by noting that we had traveled from our home in michigan during the week after xmas/ winter--so its completely possible that our internal bar is already set a bit low, as its currently 25 degrees at home and we just got 5 inches of more snow yesterday. that being said, i can not express enough what a wonderful time we had during our time staying at this home and in this area! the area itself stands on its own. i cant remember having such an amazing sampling of some of the best and most diverse kinds of foods during a one week period of time! the whole area is very friendly and laid back/ much to see and do. with regard to this home, the beds were very very comfortable and we all slept so well during the entire week. the bathrooms and kitchen easy and functionable and clean. the heated pool was a bit cool however it worked well and was very refreshing with our 80 degree week. it is not covered with a screened lanai which means that there are leaves etc that fall into the pool and the surrounding area, but this was of no significant concern and there was a net/ broom available for any needed quick clean up. we used the pool daily and it was wonderful. the back yard around the pool is quite private and full of trees/ bushes which we liked. we did spend new years eve here and while the home owner does caution the renter about the need for quiet in the evening and fussy neighbors who will complain about noise--this did not seem to be the case on this evening, as there were fireworks going off all evening and im sure that if you were not from the flint/ detroit area where such noises are easily mistaken for gunshots they may have been perceived as festive! we would definitely stay here again, and have appreciated this place and home more than we can say.

Great house for a family with plenty of room.
Pretty clean interior with comfortable sleeping and entertainment area. The exterior was in need of cleaning. Pool and pool area were in need of major cleaning. Lots of construction, large pipes on the street for city drainage causing issues…no fault to owner. I think this is what was causing water pressure problems. This property is very convenient to everything!!

Homecoming Fun
There were 7 adults who stayed at the house (4 men and 3 ladies). The men stayed the bunk bed room and the ladies had the other 3 rooms. Everyone mentioned how comfortable the beds were. We slept like babies! There were some drainage problems in one of the bathrooms and we were told someone would come to fix it but they never did. We were able to manage tho so no biggie. There is a Haitian sports bar a short walk (like 2 minutes) from the house that is good for a late night snack. Even with the bar being so close, the neighborhood was quiet. The backyard provided a nice spot to hang out. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. It served it's purpose and provided comfort.

48th Birthday celebration
Very great location during spring break following a pandemic! When south beach closed down we were able to safely keep the party going! Although that was our plan to social distance but this location z as a Loved the house and pool . Everything was clean and everything worked! Decor very cute. Me and my fam would come back!

Kickin of 2021 Right!
My friends and had a great time shrugging off 2021 in the house...yes in the house. We only left to hit the beach and Biscayne for food. Otherwise, the large family area and outdoor area were perfect. It was private and comfortable. We would have loved to use the pool- but it was too chilly. Past renters left nice goodies so we added to it. Location is in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach, shops and food.

Overall good stay
The house is large and functional. The pool is great and clean. Entertainment (TV connected) is a big plus, big screens. Kitchen is functional too. Bathrooms are remodeled and nice. However, the house would benefit from a deep cleaning, especially in the kitchen. Wasn’t spotless at all. As for the location, not the nicest neighborhood but grocery stores very close and convenient. House manager is very responsive and we had no problem during our stay. We requested for a late check out and they agreed which was very appreciated. Barbecue needs deep cleaning as well. Overall, we were happy with our stay and the whole family enjoyed it. The state of the house might be disappointing compared to the pictures at first.

Good for families
We had a few issues but were taken care fairly quickly. The door lock didn’t work when we left for an outing and couldn’t reach the property manager. My husband fixed it himself. The dishwasher didn’t work but the fixed it the following day. The grill only had one working burner and it was fixed the next day too. Overall accommodations were good for a family. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels and Kleenex. No water dispenser or ice maker in the frig which was inconvenient. It’s in a tight space neighborhood but the backyard is well kept, can’t say the same for the neighborhood.

My family stayed at the house only for 3 days but I can't wait for the chance to return! The house was spotless and very inviting, with no hidden surprises. There was plenty of room for everyone and it felt like home. Communication with the manager Katie was easy and she was quick to respond. Perfect!

A Christmas Getaway
The house is modern with very comfy beds. Since we were there during Christmas week, it had touches of Christmas decorations that we appreciated to keep the holidays alive. The backyard has a nice pool and chaise lounges. Kitchen has all the appliances you’d ever need. There are shopping malls close by as well as wonderful restaurants. The only negative is that the parking and access to the ocean beaches near this property is difficult. We spent most of our time at the backyard pool which to us was a pleasure. I would return to this property again as it was a relaxing, very enjoyable stay.
