Ideal Getaway
Posted Mar. 26, 2024 on HomeAwayOne of our favorite vacations. The condo couldn't be in a better location to enjoy downtown Coconut Grove. The condo was very clean as was the entire complex. The pool and fitness center were high quality. Looking forward to making regular trips. Thanks so much for making our trip so wonderful!

On the Bay in Coconut Grove
Posted Feb. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayVery nice property (a studio apartment in the Arya Hotel). Only downside is that the hotel lounge and restaurant are closed now for renovation, so there was no place to congregate with friends for a drink and conversation
Pool area does not allow outside food or drinks nor any alcohol.
Nice neighborhood woth many dining options within a few blocks
Beautiful view of the bay from the balcony.

Perfect Weekend Getaway
Posted Feb. 13, 2024 on HomeAwayBeautiful condo, very clean and comfy large bed, and such an amazing view. We enjoyed eating our breakfast outside and the location was wonderful. Lots of walking trails around the harbor and plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops to walk to as well. The hosts were super responsive and very kind reaching out ahead and after our vacation; making sure everything was ok. Great weekend getaway!

Great View and Location - Excellent host - TV streaming choices are great and free - Internet is fast - Great Shower.
