Catfish listing- be very weary!
We checked into our place and it could not have gone worse. There were nasty stains all over the couch that looked like bodily fluids. The curtains were filthy- looked like someone smeared poop all over them. Floorboards ripped out. But most importantly the door to get in and out of the house was broken- a major safety issue. There was mold all throughout the unit and even what looked like a decaying rodent. The property management was a complete disaster to deal with and is refusing to refund our money. We were complete catfished by the listing. It was booked through VRBO. Be very weary of Blu Rentals. They very clearly do not maintain their unit and we were catfished entirely! It was absolutely atrocious.

Unfortunate Construction
Unfortunately, there was some construction happening right under the condo the first full day we checked in. It was shaking the walls to an unbearable level and I'd assume caused half of the outlets to not work. The host contacted us within 24 hours and did offer a partial refund for the inconvenience.

The location of the property is great, very close to Ocean Dr where there's many Restaurants and bars. The beach is just a few steps of the property, private and no crowds. But the property does need some serious TLC. I remember seen other comments about how outdated it is, which I didn't mind, but there's a difference between being outdated and well maintain. Requires a lot of fixing and replacing items. There's valet parking at the property which is great, but when it gets busy make sure you're ready to wait 40 mins in line for your car, seems like they're a bit under staff. But overall, with some TLC this property can become a hidden gem.

Property is good for All day beach access. Other than that, This joint is in need of updates. The TV are not smart, the bathrooms need updates the most. Both have tubs,but you're only able to shower. Toilets flush super weak. The property is more for beach access,nothing luxury. Valet is free but confusing at first, soons you start $$tipping$$, it gets easier and friendlier

Girls weekend
Me and my 3 other friends rented this place for 3nights to celebrate my bday. It was the perfect weekend getaway spot. Place definitely needs some updating, but you can’t beat the location . Right on the beach with a beautiful view from the room upstairs. The hotel has a store that sells the basics you may need ( including alcohol!). Management was great ! I asked for an extra blanket through the app and not even 10min later I got it . Our flight got delayed and we asked to do a late checkout . Since nobody was booked right after us, they allowed us to do it. Thanks again for that!!!!

Beach house with good amenities
Open the curtains to see the sunrise, hear the sounds of the beach, and walk a few yards to start enjoying the beach that's clean and big. House has all amenities in the kitchen and outdoors for families to have a good time, and prepare meals. The view from the 2nd floor is amazing. We had 2 issues with this property Number given by the property owner doesn't work or goes to voice mail for any immediate questions. Communication in VRBO messaging system is ok, but I had to wait for at least a day to get a response. We had a noisy neighbor, we couldn't sleep the whole night, and I couldn't reach the property owner to complain. The hotel front desk didn't take it seriously either until another renter from the other side of the noisy neighbor also joined in complaining. We thought of calling the police. I left a voice mail to the owner but heard no response. If you see the owner's response on how this issue was handled, then you can evaluate customer care and decide on the booking.

Oceanside access was amazing.. unit access needs improvement. luggage carts were not accessible from the car...unload car up 6 stairs to luggage cart...roll cart 15 ft to unload & go down 3 stairs then walk 3 steps then down 6 steps ... into a bedroom...then down circular stairs to drop off food & beach stuff with crazy!! there has to be a better way...it was way to much work for the amount we paid. owners were very nice and helpful.

Great location
The location can't be beat, the beach is literally across from a narrow boardwalk. Views from the first and second floors are amazing. The place itself has lots of space and a nice patio, although it is a little dated and could use some work, but the setup and location make it all worthwhile. The rental company's response was outstanding when we called about a few missing or broken things. They were even flexible with our departure time. All and all it was a great trip.

You can't beat oceanfront
Perfect place to stay for oceanfront views, walks on the beach and boardwalk, as both are literally your backyard. Check in was easy, communication with Vanessa was perfect, and the townhouse was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We will be using this property for our annual trips to Miami Beach.

The property is very dated and falling apart. Cabinet doors falling off the cabinets, bathroom doors that don’t lock, etc. the tv’s didn’t work until we were ready to leave, the chilled water coil in the air conditioner spit water out in the floor puddling up, all most slipped and fell. The ac guy that showed up said it was rusted out and couldn’t be repaired. Security could never find the keys or our cars so we stopped using valet parking. When I had to go in the parking deck below I saw so many screw jacks holding the building up so I asked the parking attendant about it. He said the building was in poor shape and being torn down next year. The hallways were dark and reminded me of “the shining”. Word of advice “go spend your money elsewhere” this place shouldn’t be rented at all. Other than that. The beach was awesome. Had some great food while in Miami.

Perfect! You will not find another place in Miami Beach where your private patio is directly on the boardwalk/beach and the apartment is big, wow. Your own place ON the beach. It’s all about the view: The view from the townhouse is amazing, ever more so from the second floor. You could spend the day in that bedroom and not miss a beat as the view of the ocean is spectacular!! Again, Wow

Great location to beach
We had a great time! The location was perfect to beach access, you walk out back of the property and across the boardwalk and you’re there. The beach itself was nice, not crowded. Water is perfect bath water temp! HOWEVER, be aware of seaweed season-just look it up. Didn’t ruin our trip at all but just heads up! The boardwalk was nice & safe, extends for miles in both directions (well lit). We walked the boardwalk to get to restaurants and Starbucks. Rented bikes to get to south beach, so fun. (Citi-bike rental kiosks all up and down Collins) Fontainebleau hotel - very cool place to visit and get dinner and gelato. The pool was nice. Our check-in was smooth, we received all communication needed to get in quickly. The coffee shop in the hotel was closed. We used uber daily or walked to get around. Uber to grocery (Publix) was easy and close. Quick drive to the Florida keys, awesome! The rental itself had everything we needed. It’s a bit outdated but was clean and safe - the whole hotel was a bit outdated. Thank you for the quick response to our questions and providing a Great getaway for us. FYI Families - I wouldn’t take my kids to Miami in general. Unless they are adult kids. It’s safe but very secular & “south beach” party scene.

Great condo with amazing location
We have stayed her multiple times and it never disappoints. Always clean and easy to use. Traffic in the area is busy, buts it’s Miami Beach so it’s the norm. Will definitely stay here again.

The check-in was horrible at this location. Long wait for valet parking. Check-in at the desk was also a long wait and the staff weren’t friendly. The resort and room are run down. The only positive of the room booking was being steps away from the beach.
