Second time occupant
Publié le 9 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayMe and a few friends returned to this property for our annual trip to South Florida. The property is in a well traveled area near Aventura mall. You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. Everything else from price and cleanliness were perfect.

Great Hosts and House
Publié le 11 août 2024 sur HomeAwayComfortable house, accurate description, and extremely helpful and responsive hosts! We (almost) ran out of toilet paper and had additional delivered to us by the host within an hour.

Not what I expected
Publié le 22 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was horrible. When we first pulled up to the house the grass was not cut, floors was not swept or mopped, and the pull was not clean. The property manager tried to argue with me because the house did not meet our expectations. On one side of the house the air did not work leaving my guest unsatisfied. I will not recommend to anyone.
