HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

DO NOT STAY HERE! I read the reviews before booking this property. Many mentioned that the property has not been maintained well and was dirty. I emailed the property manager to ensure that it would be properly cleaned prior to our stay in July. They assured me that all the problems would be taken care of. When we arrived to the house, the floors were dirty, the coasters were dirty, and there was nail polish on the floor. Part of the bathroom ceiling fell on one of my friends. It looked like they had tried to patch the ceiling, but it was not done properly. We turned the AC on and after several hours of the place not cooling down, we realized that the AC was broken. I contacted property management and they told us that nothing can be done until 9AM. We spent the night in 85 degrees. I asked if they would be able to bring by fans or do something to help us cool down and they said no one would be available until 9AM. This was a health hazard and they did nothing to resolve the issue. By 9:30AM, no one had contacted me and property management kept telling me that they are prioritizing getting the AC fixed and the supervisor will call me as soon as she gets in at 10AM. We ended up leaving the property at 12:30PM and still no one had contacted me or come to repair the AC. We spent 4-5 hours on the phone with VRBO and the property manager. VRBO allowed us to self-relocate. They were supposed to refund us for our stay, but have not. I will never book with VRBO again.

Mold and they dont care about it

The PH is a beautiful house. Howeve, i paid months in advance only to show up early to see construction going on in the PH. Paint and all. So we couldnt get an early check in. I told them months in advance that i would have elderly ppl with me that were sickly to please have all issues rhat was previously stated by anothe guest resolved. Needless to say they didnt do it. We walked in and there and eas hit in the face with a loud mold smell . Also the sockets wouldnwork the breaker kelp going out. They didnt have anywhere else to move us, then eanted to charge us to move us as if we did something wrong. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone. They are the problem with our country huge companies taking advantage of the small peopledoinbusiness withwas

20th Anniversary Celebration Trip

Our friend group stayed in this beautiful space for our celebration weekend. It was amazing, but check in started slowly. Once I was in contact getting in was easy. The space is huge and the pool was awesome. Overall the space needs some love and deep cleaning. The company is also very responsive when you contact them and fast to remedy the situation. I would stay there again.

Nothing was right - 2024 Stay

We stayed here in January 2024 for a few reasons: 1) The heated, rooftop pool 2) The massive space (6500 SF) 3) The place looked amazing online 4) We wanted to try a new area From the beginning it was a trainwreck working with the landlord (Roami) When we got into the property, the first thing we noticed was the oven. The front of the oven has been ripped off and was sitting in the hallway. I messaged the landlord and they said it was 'undergoing maintenance'. But cooking wasn't why we booked the place, we booked it because of the pool and the space. So I went outside to check out the heated infinity pool. When I got out there, the roof area was a bit disheveled, with some fake grass some old lawn furniture and cushions not organized. When I put my hand on the 'heated' pool, I immediately noticed two things: 1) It was cold and not heated 2) The entire pool was covered in a green growth that looked like algae or guck I immediately sent another message asking 1) how do we get the heater on, and can they clean the pool asap. Privace of the rooms are poor. Just 2 bathrooms with showers not 3 , the coin beds are extremely noisy. The refrigerator was dirty. There is no face towers and gloor towers , just one bath tower for each person. Extremely desapoint. I will never come back

Nice location but a couple of things to mention

The communication with the staff was great. They responded to any questions that I had. The check-in was a bit confusing, but we figured it out. The unit was clean and beautiful, but the overall building was a bit interesting. We tried to unload in the alley and were told by a city worker that we needed to leave immediately or we would be fined. There were people sleeping on the front steps and the front gate did not lock, which made us feel a little uneasy when we were staying there with 7 children. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and view and having a unit large enough to host our large group was a bonus. There was some damage to the interior, likely due to previous parties hosted in the unit. The location was perfect, very close to the beach and many great restaurants.

Birthday trip

Prior to arrival, I had emailed host for early check-in options but did not receive a response. Upon arrival, the instructions were a little unclear as it stated to enter the building then go to emergency stairs. We entered bldg but could not find emergency stairs. We ended up finding them outside of building in the alley way. Once we were inside, the residence was beautiful and definitely fit our needs. It did rain on day 2, causing the ceiling to leak in living room but didn’t last long as rain stopped shortly after. We also couldn’t get the outside pool speakers to work but it wasn’t a big deal. All appliances worked fine but ice machine wouldn’t stop making ice and we didn’t know how to turn it off. Also one of the eyes on stove didn’t work, but again, no big deal. We bagged up our trash but trash dumpster was locked so we left it in the kitchen. We loved the place and would definitely recommend it to others and ourself again if we come back. The maintenance man (Alix) was super responsive and professional. Overall, great stay!!!

Stay in Style - In the heart of the Art Deco District

Looking for a slice of luxury for families and larger parties in South Beach’s Art Deco district. This beautifully decorated penthouse apartment is right on Collins Ave. Complete with luxury linens, plenty of towels and state of the art appliances. Our group had a great time. Minutes to the beach, coffee shops and restaurants. The rooftop has great views and the neighborhood was lovely but not noisy at all. Very responsive and nice management company although slightly complex renting process.

South Beach - Great Location

The property is in a great area, one block from the beach. We had ages 1 all the way to 76 and we all walked very easily in the area. The place is incredible. Outdoor roof area and pool were great to come back to at night. Everything was provides that was advertised.
