Very old property. Beds were on the boxspring on the floor. Could only get one room with a fridge. No chairs by the pool. Not impressed with the area either. Would not stay again.

I booked for a double bed handicap accessible room due to my mom using a wheel chair. I booked several months in advance. When we arrived we were told they overbooked and did not have an accessible room available. Customer service was not great and not very flexible. Thankfully my mom can walk some and we were able to make it work. Also, they charge extra for parking and some other random daily fee. The parking ramp is sketchy and so is the neighborhood. We did not feel safe. The building is old and in rough shape. The furniture is old and well worn and the place is in dire need of new paint. Walls and doorways looked dirty as well as the windows. The tub in our room had holes patched in it and the tub floor felt spongy. The faux hardwood floors were deteriorating as well. Also, the ac in our room was set to 50 degrees when we first arrived and our room was freezing. The only positives were the pool looked pretty and the room was clean.

Hello TashaThank you for your review, we do apologize that we were not able to accommodate you with a handicap room, please keep in mind we can change accommodation types of your original reservation if the rooms are available. In this case a change of room type was not able to do because the handicaps were sold.

The hotel is cozy, great location. 15 minutes from Coconut Grove, Restaurants and Supermarkets very close.
