The drain in the shower was not working properly so the water was overflowing in bathroom. Also, the comcast in the room was not working. Rooms are pretty small but pretty design.

Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed in my stay. The property is very out dated and in desperate need of a DEEP cleaning. I just returned from the SLS in Mexico which was a superior stay just to be let down at the south beach location. I received no perks or upgrades with my Expedia status nor any acknowledgment of my birthday which I included on my reservation!

Well located comfortable hotel. Service variable - some was excellent and some was poor. Japanese restuarant fantastic, Caribbean restaurant great food poor vibes.High service charges.
