Beautiful property. Staff was kind and helpful, professional and polite. They have incorporated four different existing South Beach properties and turned them into the Sonder. It was an architectural delight! Would absolutely stay again! Thank you Sonder Deco team!!!!

Room only had one rag when I booked for two people. Elevator didn’t work. They switched us rooms and that room only had one rag as well. Front desk staff was rude. Hotel is very outdated! RUNNNNN!!!

Worst Stay Ever?
One of the worst hotel stays. There was a piercing beeping sound in the lobby of the building throughout the entire stay of a week (a business trip no less), which was never resolved. It could be heard in our room at all times (which was actually at the end of the corridor -- felt so sorry for those closer), so we needed to run the window unit fans all night to try to drown it out. It was maddening. Further, our requests for housekeeping, replenishing of necessities, and even hangers (which we requested upon arrival), went unanswered the entire stay. Requests were made via the app, but also in-person at the main lobby. It got to the point that we just gave up. I don't understand this business model. It was bizarre, uncomfortable, and frustrating.

Sonder is a good hotel for the location and price given South Beach is relatively expensive. Pool was good, bar is nice and lots of places to just sit around that are not around pool. The hotel is getting dated, it would be a good start if they replaced the carpet that goes up the stairs. Elevator was not working in the main building which is not a big deal if you’re not dependent on accessibility. Best part of Sonder was location. I will mention there was also plenty of security.

I was pleasantly surprised by the location of the property. Lots of restaurants, shopping and overall great place to stay particularly if you're cruising. Short drive to the Port of Miami as well as downtown Miami.

I stayed for two nights and this was the perfect spot in South Beach - the staff was lovely, it was super clean, great patio with lots of seating options, and excellent location walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. Would love to stay again the next time I come to Miami!

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my life. When we arrived, we were placed in a room on the 4th floor, despite the fact that the hotel has no functioning elevator (based on prior reviews, it seems the elevator has been out for several months). More importantly, this property has BED BUGS. We had to check out roughly 6 hours after checking in the same day, and both this property and Expedia is refusing to provide us with a refund.
