Comment dire… plus que décevant !

Nous avons été accueilli par une hôtesse exécrable. De prime à bord chambre correcte, au final il y avait un trou dans le matelas! on a réclamé à changer de chambre le lendemain ! Ma sœur elle a changé 3 fois de chambre sans pour autant être satisfaite et au final on a tous eu des puces de lit! Merci le cadeau de fin de séjour. La responsable était confuse elle nous a déduit les frais annexes mais nous avons demandé le remboursement des chambres, cela fait un mois et personnes ne nous a jamais contacté ! Cette partie de l’hôtel est à rénover intégralement et à passer au karcher ! Dommage l’endroit était bien situé !

We were disappointed. We did not know that the SB hotel depended on the Boulan South Beach Hotel. All the amenities (pool, gym, restaurants) are in the Boulan SB which is also a thousand times better than the SBH. The SBH is really cheap compare to the Boulan. It was indicated on the website that iHome, bathrobes and wifi were included in the rooms, but it is a lie (i think it’s the case for the Boulan). The wifi was terrible, when we complained they said they couldn’t do anything and that we had to come in the Boulan to have a better connection… The phone in the room wasn’t working either.

Horrible

Hôtel des années 70, jamais rénové. Forte odeur d'humidité et d'ancien qu'ils tentent de masquer avec la climatisation a fond / lit de tres mauvaise qualité qui grince fortement a chaque mouvement / chaise dechirée avec du scotch / ménage de tres mauvaise qualité / piscine sans aucune zone d'ombre, il y a des cabanons mais attention paiement en supplément / acces a une plage privée, parasol en supplement/ bruit de couloirs, fetards a 3h du matin on entend tout. Vraiment hormis l'emplacement, rien ne va. Pourtant le prix est tres élevé

Parfait si mieux insonorisé

Hôtel bien placé, les chambres sont grandes mais l'insonorisation est très mauvaise, sinon bel hôtel, belle piscine très agréable, les supplément au petit déjeuner sont tout de même excessif.
