Chambre donnant sur l'autoroute donc bruyante. Canapé lit très inconfortable. Nous partions du matin jusqu'au soir et notre climatiseur a grillé durant la journée. Quand nous sommes revenus le soir, toute la chambre ainsi que nos vêtements sentaient le roussi. Nous l'avons signalé et l'hotesse d'accueil qui nous a engueulé comme quoi nous n'avions pas à le toucher !! (sachant que nous lui avions dit que nous n'étions pas la). Nous avons été reclassé dans une chambre un étage plus haut presque au fond du couloir. Quelle galère de déménager des affaires de 5 personnes !! Pas de dédommagement de l'hotel qui aurait pu au moins nous proposer de laver les vêtements. Mauvaise expérience

Personnel très sympatique
Publié le 28 mars 2018 sur ExpediaL’hotel Se trouve entre le port et l’aeroport il y a un transport pour le port $8 par personne mais aucun pour l’aeroport Et l’hotel. Attention de ne pas se tromper il y a un transport du même nom à l’aeroport Mais ce n’est pas le même hôtel.

Not clean, the rooms smelled bad and the AC was noisy.
Breakfast is very limited and poor quality. There are so many other hotels with lower prices that are much better. I stayed there because it is close to Jackson Memorial Hospital but you can stay in much better hotels in better areas, cheaper and better quality, and use Metrorail to go to UM or the hospital

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. We just didn’t like the area. We would walk our dogs around and there were a few homeless people and the area was under construction. I wouldn’t want to walk around by myself at night.
