Publié le 14 janv. 2025 sur HomeAwayThis duplex is very clean and a nice place to stay. There is a 500 security deposit through a separate website that is not listed on the site. We had no problems though. The checkin process is sort of lengthy but you do get access to the externior cameras on the house and access to the alarm system. Overall a great place and would recommend.

Very clean and pleasant place to stay
Publié le 8 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband and adult son visited our UMiami student for a weekend and really liked this property. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was extremely well kept. The bathroom had plenty of towels for the 3 of us and the toiletries were nice. I always appreciate when there is a full size ironing board and hair dryer. Would definitely stay here again!

College Move In
Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated the location being walking distance from a Target and Sprouts. Pizza delivery from Paulo Luigi was incredible!

Easy stay in Miami.
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayNice location, house was in good condition. Beds and bathroom were clean. David communicated well. Would stay again. Mattress was on hard side (personal preference) but I slept well enough for my stay. Happy with our visit in Miami.

Great place, close to coconut grove, very quiet
Publié le 20 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayWas there for my daughters Vet school graduation so just wanted something close to U of M and not 200/ night. The place was immaculate, and very clean. Beads were comfortable and the kitchen was already stocked with coffee.
The internet was a little tricky but we got that worked out fairly quickly.
All in all a very pleasant stay.

Excellent Stay
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAdorable little villa. Perfect place to stay while moving our daughter into UMIAMI from out of state. Location is convenient & easy to get to. Owners are extremely friendly, accessible & accommodating. The place is VERY clean & as described. We would go back.

Clean house close to the grove
Publié le 7 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe vacation here for a week to explore the Miami area. The house was clean and for the most part had everything we needed. The neighborhood was safe and mostly quiet and definitely within walking distance from the grove. The only downside was that there was no drawers to put clothing in. Closets are plenty big but it would be nice to be able to have a small dresser inside one of the closets. The two beds had different mattresses on them so you could choose if you preferred a softer bed or a harder bed which is nice. Post was super responsive and check in and check out were very easy.
