2 inches gap under my door.
Couldnt sleep. Was told to put a towel…
Next day, they installed the missing part.
Ask to extend: their pricing was outrageous and way higher then suggested online.
The resort fee of 41 use per day was hidden.
Gives you access to chairs half a mile away with no view on the ocean, super crowded. Less than a feet between chairs.
Overall very greedy hotel and not up to the hilton standards. Very disappointed. Do not recommend.

Nous avons passé deux jours à l’établissement et nous avons apprécié. Bien situé, personnel souriant et courtois, il y a plusieurs activités possibles pour les enfants. L’accès à la plage à 2 coins de rues et là encore, service impeccable. Bref, vous ne pouvez pas vous tromper

Depends on the price you pay
Publié le 11 juin 2023 sur HotelsThree star hotel in my taste. Building feels a bit old, breakfast included is a dish with few ingredient options (no buffet), room overlooking some offices on the side was quiet, AC loud while working as other guests say, but can easily adjust the thermostat.

It needs a bit of upgrade on mobilia of main lobby.
I asked for an espresso coffee at the bar but the person needed to leave the bar section for it and since he was alone, he did not provide me with my espresso. I was disappointed and the staff did nothing with my request!
This happen twice…you can’t refuse an espresso when needed this was unprofessional.
