At Your Own Risk
Since I added an additional day from the 19th to the 20th, they wanted to take $300 and put it on hold. That was a bit much for a one-day stay deposit. The room was next to a maidservant closet. There was no coffee maker, sugar, or coffee creamer in the room. After I inquired about it, they sent someone to put one in and brought two pods of coffee, but no sugar or creamer. The next day, before I attempted to use it, I went to the front desk to get some sugar and creamer. I was given some plastic-wrapped packages and was told this was the sugar and creamer. I went back to my room open the plactic wrapper, and there was no sugar and creamer but only sugar substitute. When I prepared the coffee maker to brew, it did not work either. .

South Beach chic.
Centrally located South Beach Hotel, close to Lincoln Road and the Beach. Nicely appointed rooms and public spaces. Staff is very warm, approachable and attentive.

Gem in Miami Beach
Overall excellent. This is a beautiful hotel. Staff is lovely. The only negative was that the 38 line of rooms has the headboards up against the wall shared with the elevator shaft if you are a sensitive sleeper you'll hear the elevators going up and down all night. Otherwise, it was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. There could have been a better use of space in the bathroom for hanging towels and I wish there was more countertop.

Great hotel, located in the middle of south beach so easy access to restaurants and attractions. Breakfast is great so I strongly recommend you select that option when booking! Staff are friendly and helpful, hotel rooms are clean and modern. The only thing is room does not have a view but that’s not a concern for us as we’re out all day on the beach anyway. Highly recommend!

Miami Beach relaxing
Good location. Walkable to restaurants and shops, 2 blocks from the beach. Service was good. We had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine, and they were nice enough to accommodate a late check-out. Despite privacy turned on, house-keeping knocked while we were in the room. The roof top pool was very nice, but lacked any service.
