Beautiful property great location !
Publié le 10 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property looks just like the pictures. The view from both bedrooms were just stunning and the wrap around balcony was amazing.
The property management group was great and very easy to contact! They even left a little cold surprise in the fridge for us which after all day travel to get to Miami was welcomed!
Also the Free parking is key for that area. Condo is close to shops restaurants and other locations like Coral Gables and key Biscayne. We did a Little Havana Food walking tour and also a day trip tour to Key West ! Great vacay!

Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Management!

The location is perfect—close to fantastic restaurants and offering stunning views that made our stay extra special. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.
What really stood out, though, was how accommodating the property management was. I made a mistake with my booking, and they went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue quickly and without any hassle. Their responsiveness and willingness to assist really made a difference and ensured our stay went smoothly.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We can’t wait to return!

Magical Miami sky and ocean views
Publié le 8 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayMy son and I loved living in this beautiful two bedroom-two bath condo while looking for apartments for him. We added extra days with no trouble. The restaurants are quick walks with delicious food. The representative who met us in the lobby to check in was friendly and helpful, even showing us where to park and toting a few bags to the condo! I hope to stay here again when visiting my son.

Great apartment and location!
Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe were in town for family weekend at the University of Miami with our two younger kids and the two bedroom apartment was perfect. It was a perfect location, close to campus and in downtown Coconut Grove. The views from the apartment are amazing and the pool area was great. The apartment is very well appointed and had everything you would need if you wanted to cook. We will definitely stay there again when we are back in the area.

One of the Best Stays Ever!

We came down to move my daughter into college and from the moment we walked into the unit, till it came time to check out - everything was wonderful. Hosts were VERY responsive if I had a question and went above and beyond for our stay. It was very clean and would totally stay here again. I'm already looking into it. Thank you for everything.

Apartment is ok but pool leaves much to be desired
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayAesthetically, The apartment was as expected, although there are no bonus bits to use like tin foil, herbs/spices to hand. The only thing given were 3 coffee pods and toilet role. It is literally a bare kitchen with cutlery/plates. The pool was extremely dirty which I informed the team about on the first day, but nothing was done about it. Therefore we did not use the pool. Algae growing in it, black dirt on the tiles and rust throughout. You won't be dealing directly with the hosts either. You will be dealing with Miami vacation rentals.

To clarify, we do not provide items like tin foil, herbs, and spices due to safety and hygiene concerns. We do, however, provide basic essentials such as salt and pepper sachets, and coffee pods as part of the initial kit. We expect guests to purchase any additional supplies they might need during their stay.
Regarding the pool, it is cleaned on a monthly basis by the building's maintenance team. Unfortunately, we cannot alter this schedule based on individual requests. We understand how important a clean pool is and will follow up to ensure the issue is addressed in a timely manner.
As for communication, Miami Vacation Rentals is indeed the host, as we are the property managers responsible for managing and directly interacting with our clients.
We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our services. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
