Avis Unit 1- 2 story loft sleeps 4 steps from the beach

I have been trying to contact someone about pajamas left in the dryer… I was wanting to see if there is someway for me to get those items… Please reply ASAP

Pictures look great and the place has potential. Great location. However, every surface of the place has some sort of stain/wear/damage. Its like a high mileage beater car. Communication is poor. AC doesnt work/blow upstairs. Water temp is burning hot or ice cold. Many many many questionable stains on everything. The code to enter the unit is extemely easy and guessable. There was no code to the safe but i guessed the correct pin on first try. Id be wary of leaving anything of value inside. If this place was clean, neat and polished it has the potential to be the best place in miami beach. Stayed in a different unit 2 years ago and its the same story. I hoped it was fixed.
