The open kitchen is merged with a living room that leads to a gorgeous pool, a spacious lounge area with a cozy hammock, chaise lounge chairs, outdoor tree wrapped lighting and a coffee table that converts to a fire pit. Also a high fence provides a feeling of seclusion, yet blends in perfectly with the overall flow of the backyard.

The first level offers a sizable open living room flowing into the well equipped chef's kitchen designed for entertaining. The dining room offers a 12 seat dining experience with the option of transforming dining table to a modern, coastal distinction rugged 8ft pool table.

The second floor offers a master suite with ample privacy including an en-suite bathroom complete with dual vanities, premium tile flooring and accents, private closet, spacious shower and a private balcony overlooking the the beautiful outdoor pool. Each suite was designed to comfortably accommodate guests with en-suite baths and a double bed room for kids. The bedroom arrangements are perfect for families, business travelers, and groups of friends seeking extra privacy amid the city’s myriad delights.


Villa Blanca is located in the heart of Coconut Grove, Miami’s most historic neighborhood, also one of its most beautiful. The lush bayside community of Coconut Grove is known for its tropical vibe – banyan trees, palms and live oaks mingle along quiet residential streets, and peacocks are known to roam wild. “The Grove,” as it’s called by locals, is a wonderful destination for nature lovers and a historic hamlet filled with lush parks, sidewalk cafes and indie boutiques, Coconut Grove is a favorite bayfront destination.

Security Cameras / Noise Monitoring



Please note that each home has anywhere from 3 - 15 security cameras covering the outside areas of the property only. These are to remain on and running at all times, solely to to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler. Security cameras can be located on all angles of the exterior property, including pool & common areas.

Additionally, we do equip each of our homes with a noise level monitoring device This is to remain active to monitor the decibel / sound levels only, to protect against noise complaints from neighbors. It does not record any conversations, simply noise levels.



Lastly, we have a device connected to each home, that will alert to the number of devices at the home, to combat any large gatherings and/or parties.
