The hotel was beautiful and in a great location close to a lot of places and the marketplace. However there are two places in one the hotel & the pad which is the apartment hotels. I was treated different for being in the apartment hotel although I booked through Expedia and just assumed I would still get the hotel treatment. We never got turnover service and it took them hours to get us toilet paper, towels and even sheets for the sofa bed even though they knew there were 4 of us. I would stay here again but in the hotel part not pad.

First Yotel booking…won’t be the last!

Absolutely loved this place. First time at a Yotel. Amenities were amazing. Room spacious. Best part was the washer/dryer. After a week of traveling it was great to get clean clothes. Check in staff was awesome!

The front desk people were not the friendliest. The room never got to a comfortable temperature. We asked for fans because the bedrooms didn't have any circulation but they said they didn't have anything. Other than that, the unit was very nice and spacious. Worth the money.

This room had laundry in the unit which was great, plus bunk beds for the kids but overall the hotel was not as expected. The staff were not overly helpful, the instructions on the pullman beds were difficult to obtain, there was no coffee maker in the room. The pool area was great, but this hotel did not seem geared to kids as the restaurants were over-priced and did not have simple food options. There were not many food options in the area. Overall I was disappointed with my stay here and would not return.

Good hotel, awful restaurant.

Im so thankful they allowed me to check-in early without any additional costs or fees. The hotel was nice. The breakfast was not good AT ALL and wayyyy too expensive fot the quality. I complained that the bacon, potatoes were awful and overcooked (suoer hard). They made no apologies nor did they try to make it right. They gave me a chocolate croissant with a $126 breakfast bill where gratuity was included and we hardly ever saw our waiter. Stay AWAY from the restaurant!!

Location was great since bayside market place was only a few mins walk with lots of dining options. Only after the first cleaning a couple days into the trip a packet was left with dishwashing liquid etc. This should have been left in the room prior to our stay. At check in I was given a one bedroom although I booked a two bedroom and they didn’t even explain that some of the bedrooms needed to be set up yourself. There was a lot of back and forth with the front desk trying to get the room I booked.

Perfect Stay in Miami Downtown.

I have stayed at YotelPad for 4 days prior to going on a cruise. The hotel is conveniently located in Downtown and easy to go everywhere in Miami. I did not rent a car but used Uber or bus, all very easy options. My room was a studio for 4 people and is very comfortable and reasonably equipped including washing machine, dryer and a kitchen with dish washer. My reservation included breakfast served in the lobby area, and the options were nice. Went to the beach and had a chair for free but needed to pay for the umbrella. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Check out was smooth and I just needed to handle the keys to the staff. Got a taxi to the port which was a stroll from the hotel.

During my stay the hotel Lobby and inside my room, there was an odor. I had a studio room with two queen size beds and they were uncomfortable. My room had oven, stove, washer and dryer but no microwave. The TV was placed in an awkward position where not all of my family could watch the tv. I will not stay here again!
