Did not feel welcome when checking in. Room was clean and tidy. Laundry room was a filthy mess, washer out of order, and smelled really bad would never want to use it. The door to the swimming pool was rubbing against the floor and very difficult to open and close it other guests thought the pool was closed as they could not open the door. The orange juice was watered down at breakfast. After staying six nights at Comfort Inn and Suites in Erie PA I signed up for a Choice card since having stayed nights at Comfort Suites n Waco TX and Bryant AR had been exceptionally good experiences. I would not stay here again a real disappointment.
