Thank you for taking the time to review your trip and the hotel. Wow, this is a terrible review and by far the lowest score we have received online, in comparison to an average rating of 9/10 from over 100 reviews across online platforms and telephonic surveys. It is a surprise. I can best attend to this review and your unhappiness with the full knowledge of what was terrible about your stay at the hotel, which affected your trip. Please let me know so that we can remedy it for future guests, and possible your future stay with us if there is a small miracle of willingness to return is exists.
