hotel qui peut réserver de mauvaises surprises

cet hôtel est neuf ,assez bien situé pour celui qui veut rayonner entre cap code et boston ,mais il semble qu'il est plus ou moins livré à lui même ,qu'il n'y a pas vraiment de responsable .Il peut donc trés vite basculer dans le mauvais sens Pour exemple ,nous ne nous sommes jamais baignés dans la piscine ,car elle ressemblait plus à une mare vaseuse qu'à une piscine

Not worth the price it charged

Price was increased from the 306 that we were given at the time if booking to 331. we were told it was a 20 min drive to Plymouth which was not accurate, (took longer). This hotel is in the middle of no where. Nothing around us. Fan noise in bathroom ran all night. The temperature in the room was difficult to set, it would only set at off or cool. tv had no guide. At breakfast, the tables were dirty, no one was around to clean them. No cloths for us to clean them ourselves, and no covers for hot coffee

Staff was excellent as was the room. The “commode” in the bathroom was terrible. Very small. Everything else was superb. Great breakfast as well and very clean. In spite of the one minor issue, everything else was outstanding. Definitely will stay here again.

Hotel could use some TLC, there was some cleaness issue, i sat down on the couch and there were used q-tips in them, there were random stains on the wall, and when we were leaving i found something under the couch that looked like some type of rubber band, done even want to know what it was used for. I stayed in a lot of Holiday Inns and i was not to impreesed with this one and with explore my options next time before i stay in another.
