HOT TUB! There's a brand-new hot tub on this property that is ready for unlimited fun! This fully renovated 3 bed/2 bath ranch house in the heart of Amish country is ready for you to explore the abundant activities in northern Indiana. It is the perfect place for your stay in Middlebury and Shipshewana! It's in a tranquil neighborhood and close to everything in town. Enjoy the backyard oasis for an excellent relaxing time: hot tub, seating, fire pit (firewood provided), and backyard games.

Available via phone, text, or email - I will be available however is most convenient for you. If needed on-premise, I have a manager within 30 minutes of the property.

If you want to get out and explore, it's less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 15 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 10 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lover scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about 1 mile away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality. In this updated property, we aim to make your stay relaxing, whether for vacation, business, travel, or a sporting event.

Self-Check-in - You will gain access to the property via a keypad which will be provided the day before check-in.

Hot Tub!! There is a brand new Precision 8 Clarity Spa from Master Spas hot tub available for unlimited use and fun during your stay. It is a brand new high-quality MasterSpa that seats up to 7 people. See photos for the seating arrangement.

Parking is located in the front driveway. Convenient dusk-to-dawn lights in the front make your arrival easier, no matter what time of day.

Living Room: two very comfortable sofas and recliners to ensure maximum comfort while relaxing. There is a 50" TV in the living room as well with complimentary access to YouTubeTV.

Bedroom #1: One queen bed with a 40" Roku TV with complimentary YouTube TV access, along with a charging station built into a bedside clock.

Bedroom #2: One queen bed - with a charging station built into a bedside clock

Bedroom #3: One full bed - with a charging station built into the bedside clock

All TVs: access 70+ popular local and cable channels through YouTube TV. Additionally, these Roku TVs allow you to access your own streaming services (such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) as well as many built-in channels.

Bathroom: Stocked with shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and all towels/washcloths for your stay.

Kitchen: Coffee lovers pay attention!! Take advantage of a full offering of coffee options! Choose between a Keurig or a traditional drip coffee maker with complimentary coffee provided. Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and mixer, along with the pots/pans and utensils to dish up delicious meals. Sets of plastic dinnerware, drinking cups ,and mugs.

Backyard Oasis and Patio: The back patio is a lovely and relaxing area to kickback. There are several chairs and a lot of bench seating surrounding a small firepit (complimentary firewood available), and a HOT TUB available for unlimited use. We also have some fun backyard games available: 1) Spikeball 2) Kan Jam 3) Corn Hole 4) Ladder Golf.

Basement: try your hand at ping pong or a small basketball hoop, or relax on the sofas or recliners while watching something on the 55" TCL Roku TV.

There are games, toys, books, puzzles etc. available. There is also a pack 'n play available in one of the bedrooms.

There is a washer/dryer available in the garage available for use (see Marketplace section of the online Guidebook available after the booking).

After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.~~~
