Quiet, close, and CHARMING
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is exactly as it appears on the vrbo site. Joan was so easy and a delight, she thought of everything in this adorable studio. Clean, comfortable, quiet neighborhood-easy access to downtown Newport. Lovely beaches to explore close by. It was just outstanding!!

Wonderful stay

It was so nice to come back to a clean, comfortable, quiet home every day! The host that we met was such a lovely lady. We’ll have to come back to Middletown and stay in this cottage more often in the future!

Everything looks brand new and sparkling. The bed was comfortable.. Our host was such a charming lady, very loving and accommodating above and beyond. thanks so much .

A corner of paradise

Joan was welcoming and helpful in every way, the interior is pleasantly decorated and very well maintained, as is the rest of the property. The kitchen had enough pots and utensils to cook basic meals every day. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were even ironed, better than most hotels or rentals, and the rate is more convenient.The bed in the loft is more suitable for a young person, because there is no room to stand up. The side door leads to a beautifully landscaped area with garden table and chairs, there's also a BBQ grill. The neighborhood is a summer vacation postcard. Overall, great stay.
