Nous avons détesté notre arrivée
A notre arrivée personne pour nous accueillir..
On a attendu un bon moment
Pas tres souriant non plus.
Je me.suis presque demande sil etait pas couché.
Dautres clients ont du téléphoner. On était 3 clients a attendre mais nous plus longtemps.
On ma demande une piece d'identités et remis ma carte de chambre.
Jai demande ou je dois aller et jamais il ma explique..
Ma.repondi ton numéros est sur la carte.
Meme ca jai tourner 3 fois la carte pour comprendre les chifres.il.ma.regardé mais fallait que je me débrouille .
Finalement cétais facile mais honnetement ja mis un etoile mais ca le vallait pas.
Sinon très belle chambre et peopre..

Upon check-in we were told that breakfast was included with our stay. We rearranged our schedule to eat breakfast at the hotel. Woke up the next morning, went down to the lobby, and Barbara at the desk said breakfast was not included with our stay and was extremely rude about it. No apologies were given since we were given bad info when we checked in. Extremely rude. Should’ve stayed at the Hilton next-door.

I know how frustrating that must have been to be told at check in that your room included breakfast. Then the next day at breakfast you were told otherwise. Again, I do apologize and completely understand your frustration during your stay. However, your stay did not include breakfast, nor were you charged for breakfast. Your check in agents received additional training on identifying reservations that have breakfast included. The agent that was rude to you was unacceptable. She was spoken to about the incident and given additional training on delivering quality guest care.Thank you again for sharing your stay experience.Assistance General Manager Courtyard by Marriott Middletown

It was a good stay overall, and I understand that our room wasn’t ready when we checked in due to the high volume of guests staying at the hotel. Aside from that just the smelly air condition in the room, but comfortable beds and everything else was clean.

The marketing information indicated a continental breakfast was included in the morning. This was not true; thus, adding to cost not budgeted, and the breakfast at the co-located national coffee vendor was too overpriced. Not everyone is a Wall Street millionaire. Misleading advertising. Additionally, during check-in, I asked staff about the wedding party, since I noticed gifts on the shelf for those participating, to be provided at check out. He indicated those staying were "a quiet" group. Well, to the contrary, slamming doors, running up and down the hallways, and shouting continued until 2:30 AM. I will NEVER book with or stay at this chain hotel or any of its affiliates again. I'd rather sleep in my car when traveling.

However, we do host several guest from all over the world, and things can get rowdy. Our property is full of happy celebratory wedding guest and that can get pretty noise. Again, we do apologize for the inconvenience. I do know how frustrating it can be to not have the quite stay you intended to have at a property.Our property is a Courtyard by Marriott, and no meals are included in the stay as our brand requires. You can purchase breakfast when you book your room online for a few dollars more. However, once you are at the property, you can choose to purchase meals ala cart from the Bistro. I will pass along your concerns about the pricing of the Bistro restaurant to our owners. My only complaint is that there is no magnifying mirror in the bathroom and no tea in my room only coffee😢
But Wesley our bartender,waiter,cook(the man of many hats)made our stay perfect.he was efficient,kind and attentive
