Hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly. Good location. Beds are comfortable and a true queen size not a double like some hotels, linens were very comfy. The AC unit in our room was VERY loud. I didn’t realize it until we were in bed and turned the tv off, otherwise I would have asked for a different room. We were only there one night so just dealt with it. Great water pressure in the shower Breakfast was fine. Typical breakfast options. Eggs, pancakes, sausage, muffins, toast, cereal. I would definitely return.

We arrived late. Booked through Expedia. They claimed Expedia hadn’t sent them $ so wouldn’t give us a room. We waited 45 minutes while the clerk talked to her supervisor. Even Expedia called them to confirm we had paid but that didn’t matter. They couldn’t figure things out so we left.
Absolutely ridiculous. Expedia was so helpful and responsive. Excellent customer service

Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was clean, friendly staff, room was clean, breakfast was good.We had to attend a family funeral and stayed a week. This morning as we were packing to check out, housekeeping started banging on the door at 11:05! We've traveled all over this country and Europe and We have never had housekeeping beat on the door at checkout time. I realize check out was 11:00. During this trip I fell and have a shoulder injury, rib injuries and elbow injury. We were moving a little slower than normal. This abrupt action by housekeeping shocked me. I've never had that happen to us at any of the hotels we stayed at, I was very disappointed.
