This was a very family friendly property. The room and the hotel were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. We checked in later at night and realized there were no sheets on the pull-out couch. A quick call to the front desk and we had them within minutes. They were also helpful when we realized we forgot our toothbrushes.

The property was convenient, however, we booked a room with 2 queen beds but when we checked in, they only had a king bed with a pull out couch. The couch was a bit small for 2 people to share. Apparently they were overbooked. The front desk did what they could to help.

The hotel while walking to my room on the 5th floor had a bad odor. Spiders were in the room.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite. Upon arrival, I was confirmed that I would be in a 1 bedroom suite, but when we made it to our room, we were placed in a standard king room. I addressed this with the front desk staff and was told that there are no available 1 bedroom suites due to an issue with the ac however when looking online it said there was two available rooms like this. So highly dissatisfied does not begin to describe how I feel. Also someone attempted to break into my car while it was parked at this hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
