Perfect place to stay for wedding
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful stay while we were in town for a wedding. Loved that all the rooms have king beds. It made it easy and comfortable for everyone! The place is well decorated and updated. We would definitely stay again when we are in town.

Family gathering Labor Day 2024
Publié le 4 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property and neighborhood was exactly as described. All 5 bedrooms were large with king beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor spaces, front porch and rear patio with gas firepit. The location was a short ride to downtown and the Newport vineyard. The house includes plenty of beach chairs, the kitchen is well equipped and the owner is very responsive. I would rent this house again and would highly recommend it to others.

Great home and a great location near 1st and second beach
Publié le 14 août 2024 sur HomeAwayAmazing property and location. Perfect for a beach vacation in Middletown and Newport. Bob was a great host and very accommodating. The furniture (beds/couches) could use some updating but that’s my only complaint. Great stay and would recommend.
