Room was not clean when I checked in.

The location was great and the room was clean and quiet. We liked the equipment in the room and the designated parking spot. Everything would be perfect if there were no smell of weed from the other room at night. It's just our preference, and we know this is a non-smoking hotel. We loved it overall and would love to stay again!

Stayed for an overnight visiting daughter in Salve Regina. Nice break from downtown Newport and to a pleasant surprise directly next to a winery /brewery for late drink. Great location

Great affordable option for the Newport area! Room was large with the kitchenette area which was very nice

Very nice set up. The property is nicely maintained and the room was clean and comfortable. We would definitely book this stay again.

I love this hotel SO much—we’ve come about 5-6 times over the last couple of years and I adore the cottages. Everyone who works for East Island is lovely and helpful. We will certainly be back!

The cottage is cute, roomy and quiet. The vinyard and restaurant right next door is very nice and convenient. The kitchen is well equiped. Just a nice, cute little home away from home.
