Front desk staff were wonderful and the restaurant staff treated us as though we were regulars for the past 20 yrs. Such great service and attention throughout the meal.

Clean, but I am still waiting for my drink
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was clean and was well priced. Being close to the Newport mansions made it a great option for us. Only down side was the service in the bar. We were definitely ready for cocktails. However, the bartender was either very overworked, but it didn’t seem that way, or just poorly trained. After 15 min of waiting and only two others at bar, we gave up and went to bed.

The gentleman who checked us in is very polite and professional. There is a super powerful shower head I have never seen before.

We had a fantastic stay at The Pell in Middletown. We stayed at the property for a weekend in order to experience all of what Newport has to offer without the crowd of being in the center of town. The Pell is a 5 minute drive to the beautiful Newport Vineyard and a 12-15 minute drive into Thames Street and Bowens Warf in Newport. Loved The Pell’s property, it was very modern and clean. Exactly what we needed at a fair price point. Exceeded our expectations. Free parking and the nice staff gave us complementary breakfast! We will definitely be back!
