Dothan Cottage
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect location to everything with a rental car. Safe community with great pools for the kiddos. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to others. The only thing I would recommend they have is one roll of toilet paper and paper towels for the guests when they arrive. Property manager was slow to answer upon arrival and during our stay, but they have an office you can go to if-needed. It was the perfect amount of space for a family of four.

Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our short stay. However, the check in was not great. No communication from manager until day and time of check in, beds not made, no loo rolls, kitchen roll, trash bags. The office was helpful, once we had arrived. We would stay here again.

Fun in Midland City
Publié le 19 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe stay in this adorable 2 bedroom cottage was perfectly suited to our needs. The decor was beautiful and the beds comfy. We had to travel with our dogs so the semi-private yard and the dog-friendly area suited them well. Even though we were in a semi-rural area, Dothan was just a ten minute ride away with beaucoup shopping choices and a variety of restaurants. Every kind of convenience was only minutes away including a pharmacy on the corner.

Great Location! Great Neighborhood
Publié le 18 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayPerfect Location. We were in town for a graduation. This location is easy driveable to restaurants and stores. Neighborhood felt safe and clean. Pool was well kept. House was clean. Had an issue with the bathroom sink and maintenance was very quick to address the issue. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again.

Nice clean stay

I did have to contact VRBO on the morning of our stay for check-in information after the host didn’t respond to messages the two days prior. There are two double beds in this two bedroom house. They were comfortable enough. Kitchen is well appointed. I didn’t need anything from host during our stay.

Spotless comfortable stay

65th Birthday
Publié le 3 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayI could not find any bath towels or washcloths. But then I looked again and found BRAND NEW ones, 2 towels and 1 washcloth. I washed and dried them so we could shower Sunday morning. I could not find any replacement paper towels, toilet paper or garbage bags. Chere McNight replied quite a while later Saturday with a code for an outside storage room. The code did not work. I emailed her this information but she never emailed back with another code. I bought paper towels. I did not leave them. There was a mouse that ran from the kitchen to the laundry room. I bought some glue traps from Walmart and put one between washer and one between stove and cabinet. I did not appreciate that there was no manager available to talk to. It was a very nice unit. The decor was really nice. I slept in the back bedroom. The mattress was very comfortable. I did email Chere with a suggestion of tilting the refrigerator back a little for better closing. I came in at dark Saturday night and could not see any unit numbers. I would have to pull up in front of unit if possible, to see the numbers.
Chere did process a credit of the cleaning fee to my form of payment. I appreciate that.
But I left Sunday feeling that I wasn’t appreciated.
