We were up graded to a suite do to the elevator not working. Our toilet was clogged. Told them at front desk no concerns

The elevators were out of service and we had luggage so that was a bit of a struggle. The airport shuttle doesn't run all the time. They popped fireworks right outside of hotel most of the night.

Pillows were tiny squares. Door locks did not work until I really worked the door. Everything felt done cheaply.

Conveniently close to the airport I believe this hotel is suffering from a recent tornado that broke the elevator and may have causes some of the following issues I experienced at the hotel. Immediately upon entering my room it was very stinky. It smelled Damp almost like urine. The door fit poorly in the frame and light could be seen around it.
