Due to a family emergency, I stayed one night last minute reservation.The queen bed in room 102 was not very comfortable although it was very clean. The best part was its at the end of a hallway next to exit and personal parking spot.The shower had cobwebs hanging down and I found a bobby pin on the bathroom floor not mine.The TV,fridge,microwave, coffee pot and WIFI worked well,but I had to wipe down most switches from dust. Overall, morning breakfast was good and basic from 6-9am (fruits, toast, cereal,waffles,yogurt,juice, coffee). Wasnt able to use hot tub due to a boys sports event and it was crowded and it was not the most quiet hallway since my room was near pool. Not sure if I will return as I had higher expectations for $250.

This hotel was nice and comfortable. It wasn't new or fancy, but well maintained. It was conveniently located near M10, and there were several dinning options within just a few miles. Some even within walking distance. Breakfast was quite limited, but everything we tried was fresh and good quality. Pool and hot tub were fitting of the hotel...nice, comfortable, well maintained, but not new or fancy. We enjoyed using them both nights of our stay, as well as the patio area outside the pool room. It was pretty basic as well, but clean tables and chairs with umbrellas, and with a privacy fence surrounding. We had no complaints about our stay. But a few things i think they could improve on to step up the overall stay would be the vending/ice machines (options were VERY limited), and the options at breakfast.
If I ever have the need to stay in the Midland area in the future I would definitely stay again!

We liked the pool and the convenient clean towels for the pool. And the popcorn and breakfast room.
