The advertised airport shuttle never showed up. Waited for a hour and had to Uber

Sorry for the confusion but you need to schedule an shuttle before hand. It is based on availability, as we share it with our sister hotel. Please let us know next time you are coming and we will schedule a shuttle for you. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again.

The room was disgusting. Had blood on sheets, dirty washcloth on vanity, blood on towel. Did not change my room. Left without staying second night.

If you could have let us know, back in May, when you stayed with us we could have looked into this. This does not sound like us because we usually get compliments on our cleanliness. Thank you for your feedback and your business.
