The advertised airport shuttle never showed up. Waited for a hour and had to Uber

Sorry for the confusion but you need to schedule an shuttle before hand. It is based on availability, as we share it with our sister hotel. Please let us know next time you are coming and we will schedule a shuttle for you. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again.

Fridge did not work and they just said it is what it is and did not try to fix or replace with a working one. For breakfast. People coming off the streets are allowed to come in so lines are super long. By the time we got up there all the food was gone :(

Early Sunday morning a hotel water pipe broke. Unable to shower, brush teeth or flush toilet 🙁

I get anxieties when booking reservations for hotels due to previous bad experiences. It was my first time traveling to Midland and staying at the Comfort Suites. Once i walked into the lobby I was very impressed with the atmosphere and cleanliness of the hotel. I had my fingers crossed that the room was going to be as nice as the lobby was. Thank you Comfort Suites for making my stay feel so relaxed.

My stay was good! Last stay the room was dusty but, other than that it was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful!
