Hôtel très bien et très propre.

Chambre très confortable.Pour ce qui est du check-in, les personnes au bureau n'avaient pas le sourire facile mais ça a quand même bien été.Dans notre chambre, le téléphone ne fonctionnait pas et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas complètement. Il faudrait réparer. Le déjeuner très basique.

Wonderful place, will be back. I was there for work so didn’t spend much time there but would like to return and enjoy more of the amenities. I booked through a 3rd party and there was an issue on their end but the desk clerk worked quickly to resolve it.

The room was very spacious. Bed was very clean and comfortable. Our family was very happy with our stay there.

Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe booked well ahead. Booked a 2 Queen bed. Come to check in to be told there was no queen beds available that we will have to share a bed. The AC was so loud you could not sleep. Was not going to ask to switch rooms because we were told there was no removes left.

Cleanliness Could Have Been Better
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe location was great. I wish it would have been a little cleaner. There was so much dust on top of the fridge that I was able to write my name in the dust. There were dishes in the dishwasher, and there was an old coffee pod in the coffee pot from the previous guests. We had an adjoining room with our friends that we were traveling with and the fridge in their room was broken. It's wasn't cold. We tried to adjust the temperature. However the freezer worked. We were able to use ours and we wanted the adjoining rooms so we just dealt with it.
We made these reservations and paid the rate where we could not cancel. That was fine. However our friends wanted to pay for their own room so they asked to put their room on their credit card. The front desk said we could do that. My husband questioned them because the charge already showed up on our credit card. But the front desk said that charge was just to 'hold it'. So now we have all been charged. The front desk person was incorrect. So that is a little bit of a mess that we are working to correct. More training maybe?? Hopefully this was just a fluke and a one time thing but this was our experience.
