The place has nothing that looks like a LaQuinta , our roomed smelled terrible, had to buy air freshener to air out , bathroom had mold in the ceiling. Just completely low quality, was charged for security deposit with no explanation and have not been able to reach anyone to explain to why in being charged. Stayed here for a work trip because it was close to the job. But never again

Horrible do not stay at this hotel!!!!!
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsUpon my arrival I viewed a large dumpster overflowing with trash at the entrance of the motet. Apparently they are under construction and didn’t advise me. The pool was empty and in poor shape. My daughter, son in law and in-laws had already checked in and advised me of the poor conditions of the rooms. I looked at both of their rooms and they were unsuitable for anyone to stay in. They had mold in the ceiling and bathroom. They had a horrible mold smell. The sheets on the bed were stained and disgusting. The bathroom and floors were filthy. When I called and requested a refund for the room I was advised to contact hotels.com and I still have not received a refund.

Not a good experience at La Quinta Inn Midland
Publié le 2 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe front was under construction, was expecting a pool. the pool was drained and dirty. The first room we were sent to, smelt bad. Tub was dirty, bathroom door was damaged. No med size towels. Moved rooms bath still dirty tub was dripping the whole time. No small towels.
