Stayed here for 4 nights with my 3 kids, I didn't feel unsafe at any moment. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. My kids had a great time at the pool! The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms only have a mini fridge but no microwave, iron or blow dryer but there is a coffeemaker and microwave in the lobby. It is a pet friendly hotel and people definitely take advantage of that, there were people with huge dogs and they would bark until very late at night and very early in the morning which was also something that I didn't like so much. There's no carpet in the rooms which can get a little too noisy if you are in the lower level rooms. Also, they do ask for a $100 deposit which I recommend you give in cash, I paid for with a debit card and have not been refunded for that yet 5 days later. Overall we had an okay stay, we would stay again if we were on a tight budget.

Was there 3 nites never got room serviced upon check in pool was “open” went to get towels maybe a hr or so after check in n changing n was no longer open suddenly. Requested room to be serviced 2nd nite as well as 3rd dy before check out and never was had to wait until into the nite to get our own towels from front desk. Staff was friendly enough… just non chalant about any issue

I booked the facility for 6 days and checked out on the second day, I requested a kitchenette suite and received a normal room with a non functioning fridge. The television had no signal and the area didn’t feel safe. I voiced my concerns and was told the facility was fully occupied and wasn’t not going to be able to be moved.
