Room didn’t have hot water, it never got better than lukewarm. Called reception, had to change room from king to double. Water was warm but refrigerator didn’t work. Kept the room because I was too tired to change again but definitely not worth the 7 rating Expedia rates this place

I have stayed at this hotel several times previously, but this time I was dissatisfied. Firstly, they triple-charged me for a two-night stay. Upon arrival, I received a text informing me of extra guests and a $10 charge, even though I was alone. Additionally, my room lacked towels, and the mini fridge was non-functional. Some of the male guests made me uncomfortable. In retrospect, despite my past positive experiences, I should have been more cautious of my current stay. I will not stay here again and honestly would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The bed was not comfortable. It sagged in the middle and caused back pain. The room had several cockroaches scurrying around. The bathroom was missing the hair dryer. The shower was dirty. The breakfast was good tho!

Don’t stay here

Started on arrival. Clerk tried to charge me for a service dog, I refused so they charged me a deposit instead. West Texas is in the middle of a great wave, got to the room and air conditioner was set on fan. Air conditioner was never able to cool room for the 3 days we were there Room had a chemical smell. This hotel is nothing more than a man camp and the hotel is ran this way. Owners of this hotel are not concerned with the comfort of their patrons. Don’t let the Wyndham make fool you. Also, I have reported this hotel for the issue with my service dog.
