Publié le 17 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayAmple space, good location, quiet neighbors (some nearby street noise). Beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked (even has spices, sugar and coffees). Plenty of hot water for all our group of 6. Covered parking space a plus.

Solid property that could easily be improved to be great
Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhen you stay in a property for nearly 2 weeks you need some decent furniture to sit in. The sofa (sleeper type) was completely broken down and uncomfortable to sit on for more than a few minutes. The two chairs were worse.
Our host was very responsive. Laundry room was well equipped and clean.
The tub shower had weak water pressure so showers took long to finish. The tankless water heater required running water (wasting) for many minutes before it heated up.

Great place to stay
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean had most of what we were looking for. Beds and pillows were comfortable. AC worked well. Could use a drip coffee pot or more of the pods for the coffee machine. The only negative is that the bedrooms were up stairs, but that is a minor thing for young people. It might be more difficult for older folks. The location is great. Excellent for Disneyland and diving down tot he costal beach towns. Recommended!

Laundry room was easy to use and so were all other appliances in the house. If I could recommend 2 things. Slightly darker window treatments in king bedroom and more comfy furniture to lounge. It was rough to hang in the living area after a long busy day. Other than that it was a great stay.
