Bathrooms
Upstairs, you'll find a full bathroom, while a convenient half bathroom is located on the first floor. To enhance your stay we provide white cotton towels as well as essential toiletries including shampoo, bodywash and conditioner for each guest.

Parking
For your convenience, we have reserved 1 parking spot in the back, marked clearly with letter "A". We highly encourage you to utilize this designated space during your stay.

Special note
Our place welcomes families with children, but please note that it is not completely baby proofed. While we have taken precautions for their safety, we recommend conducting a safety check upon arrival.

** Within our complex, there is a shared washer and dryer available for your use.

** Adjacent to our property, our neighbor has dogs. To ensure a peaceful stay, we provide guests with complimentary earplugs, should they be desired.

Exactly as the ratings suggested, exceptional!
My fiance, my two daughters and I stayed here for two nights when we came to Anaheim for a cheer competition for my daughter. It was very easy to find, the host communicated very well and made the check-in process very easy. The house was very clean and stocked with essentials. And the price was fantastic! Overall our favorite experience so far!

Great place to stay.
Listing is very accurate and this place is great. Stayed here with my small family while we went to Disney. This place is only a 15 mintue uber/lyft ride to Disneyland (appropriately 25 dollars one way). This house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very accomodating and responsive.

SoCal family trip
Perfect location close to airport and Chapman University allowing for a smooth move in. 2 bedrooms and spacious living room and kitchen area. Clean and stocked with essentials for a few days with family. Close to the beach with parking in the back. Overall great accommodations. The sofa bed does not work but alternative mattress was provided.

We were impressed by the thoughtfulness in this rental. From ear plugs by the bed to quarters to wash a load of laundry. There were thoughtful gestures throughout the house to help us feel like home. Thanks for a great stay.

Perfect place to stay for a family
We loved this accommodation for its location near our extended family and other tourist activities! It was very clean and the communication from the owner was top notch! Close to Everything
This property really is close enough to everything. South to Huntington Beach and North to Knott’s Berry Farm on the same Main Street. Disney is close also, all within a 15-20 minute drive (of you’ve never driven in LA 5 miles = 15 minutes). The unit wasn’t completely clean when we got there but it was definitely much better than most hotels. They also provided cleaning supplies and extra trash bags. Nice little back patio area to enjoy coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. They warn about a dog but I hardly noticed. The downstairs couch bed is broken so they provided another mattress of sorts. It was a little inconvenient since I had three teenagers with me. The little one used the mattress on the floor but we took it upstairs. Kitchen has everything you need and was a joy to cook in, lots of spices in the cabinet! Overall a very good experience and we would stay there again. Host always responded quickly, even when someone was parked in our space.

Cali Girls Trip
I came with my mother in law to meet up with her granddaughter from Georgia and her other grandma and we just had a great time. Everything was so clean and organized. Also a great location and awesome reserved parking spot which made it convenient for us getting back on late nights. Our stay included beach trips, Disney trips and even a trip to Hollywood for American idol and it was a great location for all. The host was a super fast communicator which is greatly appreciated! Highly recommend for any small groups :)

Slighty Disappointed but Overall Good
When we arrived the first thing I was hit with was the fish smell. I contacted the PM right away & they were apologetic and brought over some spray to try to remedy the situation. Ultimately we spent about $50 out of our own pocket getting more stuff to cover the smell. The first night we quickly discovered the floors felt dirty. My husband swept the kitchen and found that it looked like it had not been swept. There were crumbs, dirt, and an excess of small hairs. They didn’t look like animal hairs, but maybe small human hairs? Quite weird. I also found a single hair in the fridge and private human hairs in the bathtub. I once again notified the property management and they offered to send someone out to clean, but by that point we had already done the cleaning. I didn’t much care for the fact that the couch in the house was broken and uncomfortable and the cushions don’t stay put. For a group of anyone over 3 people the seating is awkward & uncomfortable & limited. I also did not enjoy sharing the laundry with multiple other people. There were nights we couldn’t get in to do our laundry until extremely late. Enjoyed all the notes around the house, the beds were comfortable. There was an excess of supplies. The management left a few quarters for the laundry. House is as pictured. Management was very kind & responsive. Loved the neighborhood & location. Best part was the cleaning lady telling us about a local beach spot with tide pools for our kids. Can’t thank her enough!

Quaint retreat amidst the fun and excitement of Orange County
Disneyland, Koreatown, Little Saigon, Beaches and yet there is a place to settle down and relax!!! Very clean and comfortable home that gave our family of 6 (Mom, Dad, 2 teenagers and 2 under 10) a place to settle down and relax! Would definitely recommend! Location is excellent in proximity to all mentioned above! Great host with excellent communication!
